Job description

• Effective presentation of products and facilitation of user training. 
• Accurate qualification of customer's IT requirement and presentation of appropriate system solution related to PC-based products and/or higher solutions. 
• Resolution of technical issues and problems. 
• Evaluation and compatibility testing of focused PC-based and/or higher products and solutions. 

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in any computer-related course. 
• Related experience in Product Research, Training and Support is an advantage. 
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English.
