Job description

• Provide technical service and support to relevant internal people and to customers. 
• Resource person on PC-based products and solutions 
• Provide resolution to escalated problems 
• Conduct product evaluation and testing 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any computer related course 
• Related experience in Product Research 
• Excellent communication skills and grammatical skills in both written and oral
