Job description- Monitor network systems and structures
- Respond to emergencies to repair system and hardware malfunctions
- Proactively analyze traffic loads
- Provide network support to the IT Operations team
- Develop and maintain network documentations, maintenance operation procedure (MOP), and network diagrams
- Manage communications with vendors, suppliers, and contracts for the region
Qualifications- Graduate of any four year IT related course.
- Cisco-Certified Network Associate (preferably Cisco-Certified Network Professional)
- Cisco networking knowledge including: layer 3 routing protocols and other network technologies
- Preferably 3-4 years of experience in the networking field
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
