Job Description

• Strengthen processes of branch operations and set compliance and ethical standards in running client's sales distribution channels
• Work to continuously improve and closely align with training and development to roll out these processes and standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
• At least 5 years of work experience in process development and operations support function
• Must possess strong project management and interpersonal skills
