• Develop, design and roll out franchise training modules
• Build tools to train client's branch organizations on the effective and compliant way of running them

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
• At least 5 years of experience in developing training programs and rolling out training for franchises
• Must have a strong project management and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
