Job description- Manage customer relations and handle/resolve customer inquiries
- Serve as a key link between customers and the client
- Ensure that detailed and structured process in handling customers are delivered
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- At least 5 years experience in customer relations / service management including credit collections or operations support function
- Must have a very good project management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
