Job description- Conceptualize and plan channel activation programs (in store below the line and trade promos)
- Lead and manage execution process with in-house and outsourced entities
- Ensure synergy of activation programs with marketing and sales initiatives
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- At least 5 years experience in conceptualizing, developing or executing customer marketing or sales support programs for fast consumer goods or retail companies
- Process-driven but also a creative thinker
- Works well in matrix teams or cross-functional units
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
