Job description- Develops and continuously review all operating and administrative systems, policies, processes and structures of the Center and align such processes and systems to the overall directions and policies of the AIM SRF/AIM
- Manages/conducts research activities and materials development for internal use and external publication.
- Facilitates project-planning meetings with stakeholders.
- Manages project-planning monitoring and budget.
- Liaises and works with and through respective schools/Faculty to support development and implementation of respective Center research program and plans.
- Builds and nurtures effective relations with external stakeholders.
- Plans for project requirements, coordinate project budget and calendars, faculty participation, and overseeing logistical and event requirements.
- Coordinates center programs, marketing activities, and events coordination.
- Plans for external resource requirements and coordinate appropriate fundraising activities.
Qualifications- Masters in Business Administration
- Professional research experience in Finance Management and Governance
- Strong Project Management
- Experience Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, Management, and Leadership skills
- Excellent Research and writing skills.
